Ryan is a CF-L1 Trainer and a L1USAW Weightlifting Coach, who started CrossFit in 2015 and has been passionate about it ever since. He is also a 25 year veteran paramedic/engineer for the City of Hammond Fire Department. Ryan has always been very active, he played baseball, football, and wrestling throughout his high school years at Gavit High School in Hammond IN. As a hobby, he continues to play baseball every year. He currently plays with a 38 year and older league. He has also participated and volunteered at Slugfest in Hammond, which is a boxing event between firefighters and police officers to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation. Ryan loves to stay active so he participates in triathlons and obstacle course competitions. As for his personal life, he has 3 children which keep him busy and a fiancée. He encourages everyone in his family to also live an active healthy lifestyle. Ryan looks forward to continuing in giving back to the community who has given him so much.
