Bio
“I started my CrossFit journey in 2013. I have to admit that even though I play college football I was intimated walking into a CrossFit box for the first time. I quickly found out that CrossFit fed my competitive drive and love of team sports and I never looked back. In 2015 I became CFL1 certified to share my passion and experience will others. I served in the US military for 6 years and currently work as the chief nursing officer for regional. I am also an Assistant Football Coach for Munster High School. I can be loud and intense at times. I love to see push their bodies to do things they didn’t think they could do anymore. CrossFit 219 has quickly become a second family to me and I am proud to be a part of this amazing community.”
