Program Description

Our program is specifically designed for 3 to 5-year-olds, offering a fun and engaging way for young children to stay active and develop fundamental movement skills.


At FFF, we understand the importance of physical activity in early childhood development. That's why we offer one-hour sessions twice a week, packed with activities that promote coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Our program focuses on age-appropriate exercises and games that not only keep kids moving but also foster social interaction and teamwork.


Our experienced instructors create a supportive and encouraging environment where children can explore and learn through play. From obstacle courses to dance parties, each session is filled with exciting activities tailored to keep young minds and bodies active and engaged.
